Network Operations Centre

Our customers depend on our network to run their businesses. Our Network Operations Centre is a core part of making that happen.
If you need to know something about your network connection, call the engineers who design and run the Vector Fibre network. Our network engineers monitor all platforms and managed services across the network, and are responsible for informing customers of any upcoming outages, managing faults on services and escalating critical incidents if and when they occur.
Our team operate from 7.30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Any calls outside of these hours are answered by our dispatch centre and one of our network engineers is immediately notified.
