Our Network

Operations Centre

Our partners’ customers depend on our network to run their businesses, so our Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitors all platforms and managed services, remediates faults on services and escalates critical incidents. Customers are given advanced notification of planned outages. 

The team operate from 7.30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Calls out of hours are answered by our dispatch centre and one of our network engineers is immediately notified.
